The main house includes also a separated area, with its own entrance, where the owner stays sporadically.

The annex is completely independent from the main house. Its rooms are bright and elegant. It includes a large kitchen whose glass doors overlook the garden; it also features a country-style fireplace and a kitchen island. Behind the kitchen island you will find the glass door to the laundry room. The high beamed ceiling gives to the room a unique brightness and airiness.

Next to the kitchen is the living area, featuring a double sofa-bed and TV corner. From there you can get to the outdoor veranda through a glass door. On the ground floor of the annex you will also find a bathroom with shower and a walk-in closet.

Through a spiral staircase you will get to the mezzanine where you will find the double bedroom with beamed ceiling.
