Villa Sara is located in the Northwestern area of Sicily, on the hills near Erice, a small beautiful town, one of the oldest of the island. Thanks to its position, Erice has always been one of the most important towns in the area, used mostly as a fortified citadel. This is why the town was enclosed within the huge Cyclopean walls, built by the Phoenician in the 7th century BC; but its buildings, the churches and the castles of Erice along with the whole old town are a great legacy of the complex history of Sicily.

The estate is also within a short drive from Trapani, the biggest city in the area: from its port ferries headed to the Aegadian islands depart daily. The villa is in the perfect position to allow you to reach easily the most beautiful beaches of the Northern coast, such as the sandy beach of San Vito Lo Capo, and the unspoilt Zingaro nature reserve.
