The villa "Marina di Modica" lies in between the summer resort of Marina di Modica and the port of Pozzallo, on the southern edge of the Val di Noto – a UNESCO heritage site for its magnificent Baroque towns.
The extensive grounds are beautifully landscaped, with soaring trees and century-old carob trees encircling a circular swimming pool.A huge modern family villa with pool in extensive landscaped grounds, handy for a lovely sandy beach – and the fascinating Hyblaean hills.
The villa lies at the centre of the ‘park’ and comprises a main house and two annexes.
The grounds are full of luxuriant vegetation, with lots of shade, barbeque zone, outdoor dining room – and even a small lake. There is also a large circular swimming pool.
On the ground floor of the main house is a large living room with TV and sound system, a lounge with bar area, a billiards room, with access through French windows to a furnished, covered terrace. There is also a large kitchen with a guest bathroom.
A wooden staircase leads up to six double bedrooms (all with ensuite bathroom).

The two annexes each have a double bedroom nd bathroom.

It is one of those villas designed to let everyone do what they want. There are the sandy beaches of Marina di Modica and Sampieri (an Inspector Montalbano location). The location is also perfect for a large group of family, where people have different tastes or interests.
